RESTORTATION PROCESS

How long does it take to get an estimate?
Usually less than one business day. (Mon-Thurs)
Is my original altered?
No. Your original is scanned and repaired digitally. A new print is made from the restored file.
How long does the restoration process take?
On average, the full process (scan, restoration, print, and delivery) takes 3–5 weeks.
Can you enhance blurry or pixelated images?
As of now there has not been much success in reversing blurriness. Some AI programs can reduce blurriness, but often the results distort faces and make people unrecognizable.
How do I send you my photos? Do I need to mail you the originals, or can I send a scan/digital copy?
Mailing originals is not recommended. If you have access to a scanner, here are instructions for scanning.
Can I get my restoration rushed?
Yes. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
